The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to fulfil all the requests. Rooms were very clean and tidy, room service very good. Nice small gym, very nice big outdoor pool, practically on the beach. The only downside we experienced was reconstruction but it was not that bad. And we have just been”lucky” that it was during this period.

We had high expectations for this stay. The rooms are really the best thing about the hotel. Although the place is really nice and perfectly located, it was quite evident that this was low-season as there was fewer staff, some technical difficulties in the room with the tv and coffee machine, so compared to other nice places, it felt like there is a need for a facility update soon.

It is really really worth money to stay here. The breakfast is super. The services are outstanding. It is so detailed cleanliness. The beach front is like a different world. It is in prime location. We will stay again. And we recommend it.

非常完美的度假村，酒店的位置絕佳，很喜歡別墅設計和裝飾風格，重要的是注重細節和品質，當然還有環保考慮；工作人員很友善，入住時帶客人介紹酒店各個設施，海灘也完美，每天都想去休息座著享受沙灘和陽光；度假屋有屬於自己的專用游泳池，臥室和衞生間設計裝飾讓入住客人舒適；酒店提供的SPA服務比較貴，但是也是享受，在舒緩的音樂中有要睡覺的慾望，技師操作的專業技能高；早餐很好。剛好遇上皮划艇免費活動，由於是第一次體驗這個運動，開始有點適應，不過很快就熟練的，工作人員在前方帶領，很負責任，體驗這個過程很好；早餐就餐環境舒適，在吃早餐的時候同時也能夠享受到海灘景色；退房後有酒店專車和服務人員送到出島的碼頭，非常感謝工作人員的熱情接待。

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

Соответствует во всем своей звездности! Подготовились ко дню Влюбленных и красиво украсили территорию. 💖 Персонал очень внимательный ко всем запросам. Завтраки разнообразные, в том числе много сладостей, натуральный мед в сотах , хамон нарезка и сыры с плесенью 🧀🥩 ммм! Мыльные принадлежности с лемонграссом , в действительности спа отель где отдыхаешь душой и телом 😶🌫️
